About me…

I live in the town of Beaver Dam in the state of Wisconsin. Will you believe me if I told you that we do not have high speed internet in this part of town? Yes, its true. I connect to the web via a Verizon Wireless connection. Yes, its not a cheap alternative, but, I have a good portion of the monthly cost being paid for by my employer. So that way it works out to be better than a standard dial up connection. I have always wanted to blog, write about things that matter to me.  I am big on ‘Customer Service’ and I hope to share my views/thoughts on that matter. I want to recognize a few people, places, organizations that have made a positive impact in my life.  I love technology and I am always amazed and delighted by some people who I meet, talk to, hear. I intend to share those experiences with everyone and above all learn! So, as Michael Jordan says in his famous (my favourite) video, “Come Fly with me“.
